Whether you have an older existing system or have purchased a new system, sometimes having the installation performed in a timely fashion can be a challenge. Future Shop, Best Buy, 2001Audiovideo, The Brick and Leon’s etc all have excellent installation services. However, sometimes the wait can be 4-6 weeks. Especially around Christmas time, companies such as the Geek Squad Home Theater Installation, ConnectPro, Cable Alliance and Digital Smart Homes are quite busy.

Unfortunately the previous questions and more still exist after the purchase. Part of our installation service includes pre-purchase consultation. This allows you to feel confident before entering the Big Box stores, because you know what you need and what you don’t.

Services:
Home consultation:
A consultant attends your home or place of business to discuss your current and future needs. This allows you to invest in your system with confidence. Nothing is more frustrating than to find out that your previous purchase was inadequate to fulfill your current and future requirements.

The Install:
A C.E.D.I.A. certified installer attends your home or place of business to perform the installation. Drop sheets will be put down on your floor before any equipment or tools. Most drywall & sawdust debris is collected before it hits the floor. The rest is vacuumed and collected with dusters so there is virtually no evidence that we were ever there. All wires and cables are neatly trimmed out so there is no ‘rats nest’ of wire behind your cabinet.

Learning:
Instruction is given on the basic operation of the system. We want you to be confident in the operation of your new investment.
